Tess Cagle-Rolli is an event and branding photographer in Austin, Texas. She works with local creatives, small business owners, and organizations to share their stories and the work they do through powerful imaging.
Tess has been taking picture since she was 12 years old and officially started her photography business in 2015. The first time she was ever compensated for her event photography was when she photographed the inaugural meet-up of #BossBabesATX in 2015, which instilled life-long confidence in her work’s value and the importance of investing in local businesses.
As a fellow small business owner and creative, Tess understands that powerful images are an integral part of any business’ brand; they are the best way to connect deeply with your audience and potential clients. She combines her background as a photojournalist with the unique, vibrant style she has honed throughout her decade of taking pictures to create authentic photos that capture your brand and ultimately who are you.
Tess also gets that standing in front of a camera can feel super awkward and intimidating — but not when you’re working with her. The common thread in testimonies from her clients share that although they dreaded getting their picture taken, they left their session feeling confident. Austin creative consult Liz Feezor said: “Being in front of a camera can be an uncomfortable experience, but Tess’ presence and calm demeanor made for a positive, fun experience!”
